MAHAN LAW

was founded by Mark L. Mahan, Esq. Mr. Mahan is an exceptional litigator who has recovered millions of dollars for his clients throughout his career.  With well over a decade of experience, he is a relentless litigator who provides the same intense, zealous advocacy to all his clients. Mr. Mahan has a comprehensive, diverse background in law practice, currently focusing on all areas of personal injury law, immigration law, and New Jersey municipal law, as well as providing general counsel for businesses and individuals alike.

Following law school, Mr. Mahan served as the law clerk for the Honorable Darlene J. Pereksta in the New Jersey Superior Court Law Division Civil Part. Prior to starting his own firm, he spent several years litigating both on the defense side for national defense firms, as well as the plaintiffs’ side for some of the most successful firms in New York City.  His extensive experience both defending and prosecuting claims has resulted in a fully-developed, complete understanding of a case.

Mr. Mahan’s background includes broad experience in construction, having served as a foreman for a general contractor while pursuing his undergraduate degree at night. He holds an OSHA - 30 hour certification in construction safety from the U.S. Department of Labor. This knowledge and experience provides a natural foundation for prosecuting catostrophic construction accident claims based on firsthand knowledge. He also served as a U.S. Marine following high school, helping to forge the mettle responsible for his success in the legal world.
